I cover football at all levels and carry photographic accreditation for the English Premier and football league’s. It’s a privilege to cover the top games for the national press but get just as much enjoyment photographing our under 9′ playing on a Sunday morning.

Today Sprotbrough Crusaders were ‘turned over’ by Rossington in the Doncaster & District Junior Football League. I won’t report the score but take time to have a look at the web gallery of images to see the grit and determination these young people give every time they play. Perhaps some of our professional league players ought to be showing the same kind of passion? ………………and especially when playing for their country!
